You  know the Top 10 Movies I Saw In 2009. Let’s travel down (way down!) to the bottom of the barrel. Here are the:

10 Worst Movies I Saw In 2009:

10. The Informers (depressing people living lives of excess and immorality in 1980′s Los Angeles, based on novel by Brett Easton Ellis)

9. Land Of The Lost (Will Ferrell’s films have been reliably funny and worthwhile, until now. I’m willing to give him another chance.)

8. Inkheart (Brendan Fraser brings literary characters to life just by reading the book; if only he could do the same with this muddled movie)

7. Terminator Salvation (oh, how the mighty have fallen)

6. Race To Witch Mountain(waste of a good cast, i.e. The Rock and AnnaSophia Robb)

5. The Unborn (creepy at times, but slooowwww moving)

4. G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra (everything a big budget studio action picture should strive not to be; contrast Star Trek, everything a big budget studio action picture should strive to be, and #5 on the Top 10 Movies I Saw In 2009

3. Dragonball: Evolution (the goofy oomph of a Saturday morning Power Rangers episode, masked in a feature film live action budget)

2. The Twilight Saga: New Moon (Twilight was one of the Top 10 Movies I Saw In 2008, its sequel was one of the worst films I saw this year)

And the Worst Movie I Saw In 2009 was:

1. Watchmen (nearly unwatchable adaptation of comic book, burdened by key plot point; i.e. most of the superheroes don’t really have super powers)
